- Prepare 1 cup of sooji.

- In a large bowl take rava and curd. Now add tsp salt and water and mix well..
- Further add onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger paste and coriander leaves..
- Mix well and add water for consistent batter. Heat the pan with oil and spread a batter..
- Cook the chilla for 2 minutes or till it gets cooked well. Flip over so that chilla gets cooked from both sides..
- Spread the cheese if you wish or serve it with chutney.
